We'll also have time to answer your questions and of course, we'll wnat to get to know each other better to make sure we're a good fit. Step 2: Onboarding with eXp Realty

As a part of The Spradling Group, you'll be operating under the brokerage of eXp Realty, LLC. The onboarding process with eXp Realty involves transfering your license, filling out the necessary documentation, and a brief orientation about their platform. We'll guide you through this process during our initial Zoom call.

Step 3: Complete Spradling Virtual Bootcamp

Upon successful onboarding with eXp Realty, you'll participate in our exclusive virtual training program. This comprehensive self-paced training is designed to familiarize you with our systems, tools, and procedures. You'll also receive tips and strategies from seasoned professionals to enhance your skills and help you excel in your career.

Step 4: Get Leads Turned On

Congratulations! You've made it to the final step. At this stage, we'll activate your lead generation channels. You're now ready to start making waves in the real estate industry with The Spradling Group!
