The Spradling Group is the only team in the Kansas City area that has been hand selected by Zillow to represent their clients at a local level with their Zillow Flex program. Since inception, we have been able to maintain one of the highest conversion rates in the country.

Our agents consistently open 1-2 transactions a month within their first 60 days with our company provided leads.

In 2023, The Spradling Group successfully closed 235+ transactions, resulting in over $80m volume. Over half of that came directly from our online lead sources (Zillow Partner, Our Websites, Home Light, etc.) This year, we're looking to close 325+ transactions and over $100m in volume.
